Associate Photographer

CoStar Group seeks a full-time Associate Photographer for its Knoxville, Tennessee office. In this role, you'll create compelling property imagery for our leading real estate information and analytics platform, helping connect people with properties, insights, and opportunities across the nation.

About the Role

As an Associate Photographer with CoStar Group in Knoxville, you'll play a key role in producing high-quality visual content that drives our real estate marketplace. We're looking for a detail-oriented photographer who can deliver professional property photography across residential and commercial spaces, working with our real estate information team to meet project goals and brand standards.

What You'll Do

• Photograph residential and commercial properties with technical precision and creative vision for our real estate platform
• Coordinate photography schedules and communicate with property managers, agents, and clients in the Knoxville area
• Edit and process photographs to meet CoStar Group's quality standards and visual guidelines
• Organize and maintain digital asset files and photography inventory
• Manage equipment maintenance and ensure all gear is ready for assignments
• Deliver consistent, professional imagery across multiple property listings and projects

What We're Looking For

• Proficiency with professional DSLR or mirrorless cameras and editing software such as Lightroom or Photoshop
• Experience photographing residential or commercial real estate properties
• Strong portfolio demonstrating photography quality and creative style
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple photography assignments simultaneously
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel throughout Knox County and surrounding areas
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
