Architectural Project Manager

Integrity Technical Services is hiring an Architectural Project Manager in Cleveland, Cuyahoga County, Ohio. This is a full-time, permanent position offering benefits and a competitive salary range of $80,000–$130,000 annually, based on qualifications and experience.

About the Role

We're seeking an experienced Architectural Project Manager to join our Cleveland-based architectural firm. In this position, you'll oversee project planning, coordination, and delivery, ensuring clients receive exceptional results on schedule and within scope. You'll work at the intersection of design creativity and operational excellence, managing both the people and processes that bring architectural visions to life.

What You'll Do

• Lead architectural projects from conception through completion, managing timelines, budgets, and deliverables
• Coordinate with architects, contractors, consultants, and clients to maintain alignment and quality standards
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and comprehensive documentation
• Travel to project sites and client meetings as required
• Communicate progress, risks, and issues to stakeholders

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture (Professional registration is preferred)
• Minimum 3 years of project management or architectural practice experience
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Willingness to travel for project site visits and client engagement
• Experience in retail architecture is a plus
