About This Position

This full-time, night shift Facility Maintenance Mechanic role at Performance Food Group is critical to the success of our Shepherdsville distribution center. You'll maintain and repair the equipment and systems that keep our food distribution operations running 24/7, directly supporting the infrastructure that serves restaurants, retailers, and foodservice providers across the nation.

Your Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and routine maintenance on facility equipment and mechanical systems
• Diagnose and repair equipment failures to minimize operational downtime
• Conduct regular equipment inspections and document all maintenance work
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergency repairs
• Follow all safety protocols and maintain workplace standards
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth night shift operations
• Report issues and recommend improvements to facility leadership
