Associate Forward Deployed Product Manager

Cresta is hiring a remote Associate Forward Deployed Product Manager to help build and scale the AI Agents that power customer conversations for some of the world's most recognized brands. About the Role

As an Associate Forward Deployed Product Manager on Cresta's AI Agents team, you'll design, launch, and refine AI Agents that reshape how Strategic and Fortune 500 companies serve their customers. This is a hands-on, customer-facing position that brings together product judgment, prompt engineering, data analysis, and project leadership. You'll partner closely with senior Forward Deployed Product Managers and Forward Deployed Engineers (FDEs) to bring AI Agent products to life. This role is full time and fully remote within the United States.

Key Responsibilities

• Guide AI Agent deployments through the full customer lifecycle, from pre-sales engagement to post-launch tuning.
• Shape AI roadmaps for customer executives by combining hard metrics with qualitative findings, using automated conversation discovery alongside conventional analytics.
• Refine prompt and context engineering to meet each customer's use case and business goals.
• Lead the design and execution of evaluations and A/B tests for AI Agents with FDEs, using Cresta's agent builder and early-access internal tooling.
• Strengthen the playbooks that guide agent development and customer rollout.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of relevant experience across fields such as product management, consulting, implementations, customer or sales engineering, revenue and sales analysis, investment banking, or founding a company.
• A curious, action-oriented working style with a track record of delivering quickly and thoughtfully.
• Comfort navigating ambiguity and learning fast in a fast-moving startup setting.
• Willingness to travel.
• Bonus: exposure to travel and hospitality, healthcare, insurance, or financial domains; experience in startup or high-growth SaaS environments; work with AI or LLM-first products; and technical or systems thinking, including hands-on agent building (personal projects count).
