About the Role

You'll dispatch early each morning from our Rogers, MN distribution center (13400 Commerce Blvd, Rogers, MN 55374) and execute deliveries with professionalism and punctuality.
What You'll Do
- Safely operate a Class A commercial vehicle in compliance with DOT regulations
- Execute assigned delivery routes to foodservice accounts
- Perform pre-trip vehicle inspections and maintain delivery documentation
- Manage product offload and customer interactions at each stop
- Maintain consistent early morning dispatch schedules
- Build professional relationships with established customer accounts
- Meet delivery deadlines and service standards daily
What We're Looking For
- Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License with clean driving record
- Current medical certification and DOT compliance documentation
- Demonstrated ability to work consistent early-morning schedules
- Professional approach to customer service and vehicle operation
- Physical capability for product handling and delivery tasks
- Experience operating commercial vehicles preferred
Compensation & Earnings
During training, you'll earn an effective hourly rate of $34. Experienced drivers in our component-based pay program average $100,000 annually. This position includes a $12,000 sign-on bonus — standard terms and eligibility conditions apply.
