About the Role
As a Class A commercial vehicle operator with Performance Foodservice, you'll transport food products to customer locations throughout the region. This is full-time work that directly supports our supply chain and keeps customers supplied. We're expanding operations and need reliable drivers committed to safety and service excellence.
What You'll Do
- Operate a commercial vehicle in compliance with DOT regulations and company safety standards
- Execute assigned delivery routes to customers across the Mount Air and Franklin County areas
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections and maintenance checks
- Load, secure, and transport food products according to weight and safety requirements
- Maintain accurate delivery records and communicate professionally with customers
- Uphold all safety protocols and maintain a strong driving record
What We're Looking For
- Valid CDL Class A license with a clean driving history
- Experience operating commercial vehicles (preferred)
- Demonstrated commitment to safety and regulatory compliance
- Ability to start work between 4am and 6am consistently
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Dependability and flexibility with a 4-day work schedule
