Company Truck Driver – OTR

About the Role

This full-time over-the-road (OTR) position involves transporting freight across the United States in a dry van configuration. As a solo driver, you'll average approximately 2,000 miles per week, or join as a team driver averaging 5,000 miles weekly with a qualified partner.

What You'll Do

• Operate a dry van tractor safely and professionally on interstate routes
• Complete pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections and maintenance checks
• Coordinate with dispatch and shippers to ensure on-time pickups and deliveries
• Maintain compliance with all federal DOT regulations and hours-of-service requirements
• Plan efficient routes and manage logistical challenges independently

What We're Looking For

• Valid CDL-A license with a clean driving record
• 1 to 5 months of recent commercial truck driving experience
• Understanding of vehicle maintenance and basic troubleshooting
• Strong communication and decision-making abilities
• Dedication to safety, compliance, and professional driving standards

Compensation & Benefits

Solo drivers earn 56 to 60 cents per mile based on experience, with top performers reaching approximately $1,600 weekly. New solo drivers receive a $2,000 sign-on bonus. Team drivers earn $0.72 to $0.80 per mile split and receive a $5,000 sign-on bonus divided between partners. Choose home time that works for your lifestyle.
