About the Role

We are seeking experienced Truck Drivers for U.S. Xpress - OTR in Ozark, Alabama. This is a full-time position with an opportunity to earn up to $1,530 per week on average. Solo Over-the-Road (OTR) CDL-A drivers will have the chance to drive 2,000 miles per week on average and enjoy a consistent schedule of 12 days out and 2 days home.

• Sign On Bonus: $5,000
• Average Weekly Pay: Up to $1,400 minimum guaranteed
• Potential for Top Earnings: $1,525 per week
• Annual Average Earnings: $78,000
• Sign On Bonus for Team Drivers: $10,000 (split between drivers)
• Average Weekly Miles: 5,500 miles per week for team drivers

Key Responsibilities

As a U.S. Xpress - OTR driver, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Pick up and deliver freight across the United States
• Ensure all loads are properly secured and documented for safe transport
• Maintain accurate records of deliveries and mileage
• Follow safety protocols to ensure a secure journey for all
• Adhere to all federal, state, and company regulations regarding transportation

What We're Looking For

We are looking for experienced drivers with the following qualifications:

• 1-5 months of OTR driving experience required
• Hazmat certification is a plus but not mandatory
• Valid CDL-A license with appropriate endorsements
• Strong commitment to safety and compliance
• A proven track record of reliability and punctuality
