Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Haul dry van cargo across the United States as an Over-the-Road (OTR) driver.
- Average 54-60 cents per mile (CPM), with higher earnings for top performers at $1,565 weekly.
- For OTR drivers: 2,000 miles per week on average; solo driving opportunity available.
- Team drivers earn a $10,000 sign-on bonus and an average of 5,500 miles per week with a split pay model ranging from $0.72 to $0.80 CPM.
Requirements
- Minimum 1-5 months of OTR driving experience required.
- A valid CDL-A license is necessary.
- Prior experience in dry van operations preferred but not mandatory.
- Dedication to safety and compliance with company policies.
