About This Position
Join U.S. Xpress - OTR as a Class A CDL Company Driver with 1-5 months of experience required. As an Over-the-Road (OTR) Dry Van driver, you will earn higher pay based on your experience, ranging from $0.72 to $0.80 per mile paid (CPM). Solo OTR drivers average 2,000 miles per week and can enjoy a sign-on bonus of $2,000. Top 20% of our OTR Drivers earn $1,565 weekly.

- Drive dry van trucks for U.S. Xpress - OTR on long-haul routes.

What You Bring
To succeed in this role, you should have a valid Class A CDL with appropriate endorsements. Experience driving OTR is preferred but not mandatory for those with 1-5 months of experience. A clean driving record and the ability to work independently are essential.
