Solo drivers can expect an average of 54-60 cents per mile (CPM) based on experience, with the potential for higher pay in the top 20% earning up to $1,565 weekly. Team drivers earn a starting rate of $10,000 sign-on bonus and split $0.72 - $0.80 CPM, averaging 5,500 miles per week.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Drive dry van trucks for long-haul (OTR) transportation
• Average of 2,000 miles per week for solo drivers with home time options
• Participate in a sign-on bonus program to boost your earnings
• Earn up to $1,565 weekly as part of the top 20%
• Split bonuses with team drivers earning an average of 5,500 miles per week

What You Bring

• A valid CDL-A license
• 1-5 months of driving experience required for company drivers
