About the Role
As a Behavior Technician at Crystal Care ABA, you'll work directly with clients to implement behavioral interventions designed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs). This role requires patience, attention to detail, and a genuine commitment to helping individuals with autism reach their goals. You'll be part of a professional, supportive team focused on delivering high-quality, evidence-based ABA therapy in a nurturing environment.
What You'll Do
- Implement ABA therapy protocols and behavioral interventions under BCBA supervision
- Collect and record accurate behavioral data during sessions
- Work directly with clients to reinforce positive behaviors and support skill development
- Communicate session progress and observations to supervising behavior analysts
- Maintain professional, compassionate interactions with clients and families
- Follow treatment plans and contribute to achieving individualized client goals
What We're Looking For
- High school diploma or GED (or currently pursuing higher education)
- Ability to follow detailed instructions and adapt to individual client needs
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Reliability and professional demeanor
- Genuine interest in supporting individuals with autism spectrum disorder
- Willingness to earn or maintain RBT certification or pursue BACB training as desired
