About the Role
This is a full-time delivery position based out of our Rogers, Minnesota distribution center. You'll operate a commercial vehicle as part of our reliable delivery network, beginning shifts in the early morning hours. Our component pay structure rewards experienced, professional drivers who meet performance benchmarks.
What You'll Do
- Operate a Class A CDL vehicle to deliver products across assigned territories
- Execute safe, on-time deliveries following all DOT regulations and company safety protocols
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections and maintenance checks
- Maintain professional communication with customers and dispatch operations
- Document deliveries accurately and manage delivery-related paperwork
- Support warehouse and loading operations as needed
What We're Looking For
- Valid Class A CDL with a clean driving record
- Medical certification (DOT physical)
- Professional attitude and commitment to safety excellence
- Ability to work early morning shifts and handle physical demands of delivery work
- Experience in commercial driving (preferred)
Compensation & Benefits
During your training period, you'll earn $34 per effective hour. Once trained and performing at standard levels, drivers on our component pay program average $100,000 annually. We're offering a $12,000 sign-on bonus — terms and eligibility requirements apply. (Please note: team members who have worked for any Performance Food Group–owned company within the previous six months are not eligible for this bonus.)
