About the Role As an Associate Forward Deployed Product Manager on Cresta's AI Agents team, you'll design, launch, and refine AI Agents that reshape how Strategic and Fortune 500 companies serve their customers. Lead the design and execution of evaluations and A/B tests for AI Agents with FDEs, using Cresta's agent builder and early-access internal tooling. Qualifications 2+ years of relevant experience across fields such as product management, consulting, implementations, customer or sales engineering, revenue and sales analysis, investment banking, or founding a company. A curious, action-oriented working style with a track record of delivering quickly and thoughtfully. Comfort navigating ambiguity and learning fast in a fast-moving startup setting.
