About the Role

Intismeran autogene represents a genuinely novel approach to oncology treatment, and the patient experience surrounding it must match that ambition. As the Patient Experience Strategy Lead within MSD's US Oncology Marketing organization, you will own the strategy that connects patients and caregivers to this transformative therapy — from first awareness through ongoing support — as part of a high-profile alliance partnership. This is a rare opportunity to build patient-centered programs for a category-defining asset at one of the world's leading biopharmaceutical companies.

What You'll Do

  • Lead the design of patient support programs, educational resources, and caregiver-facing materials that address real-world barriers to access and adherence
  • Conduct patient and caregiver insights research to identify unmet needs and translate findings into actionable marketing initiatives
  • Partner cross-functionally with Medical Affairs, Market Access, Patient Advocacy, and the alliance team to ensure consistent, compliant patient messaging
  • Collaborate with agency partners to develop and produce patient-facing content across digital, print, and direct channels
  • Establish KPIs for patient experience programs and monitor performance to optimize in-market execution
  • Represent patient experience priorities in brand planning and alliance governance forums

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree (MBA, MPH, or scientific discipline) preferred
  • 5+ years of pharmaceutical or biopharmaceutical marketing experience, with at least 2 years in oncology
  • Demonstrated experience developing patient support or disease awareness programs
  • Strong understanding of the oncology patient journey, including access, reimbursement, and adherence dynamics
  • Ability to synthesize qualitative and quantitative research into strategic recommendations
  • Experience working within alliance or co-promote structures is a plus
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders
  • Familiarity with FDA promotional guidelines and pharmaceutical compliance standards
