About the Role
As Chief of Staff for the Alpha Engine, you'll serve as a trusted operating partner to senior leadership, translating strategy into execution while optimizing organizational effectiveness. You'll bridge vision and implementation across divisions, working closely with executive teams to accelerate growth, enhance processes, and align resources with business priorities. What You'll Do
- Manage strategic initiatives and special projects that drive competitive advantage across the organization
- Support executive leadership with decision-making, planning, and cross-functional coordination
- Own business operations, process improvement, and organizational efficiency initiatives
- Ensure alignment between teams, functions, and strategic goals through clear communication and governance
- Analyze market data, performance metrics, and operational trends to identify opportunities and risks
- Represent leadership in key meetings, presentations, and stakeholder communications
- Develop and track KPIs, dashboards, and reporting frameworks for transparency and accountability
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in a chief of staff, senior operations, or executive strategy role at a complex organization
- Deep understanding of financial services, asset management, or institutional investing
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence without direct authority
- Comfort with ambiguity; ability to translate complex information into clear action items
- Proven track record of delivering results in fast-paced, data-driven environments
- Bachelor's degree required; MBA or equivalent advanced experience preferred
