Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced and hands-on Assistant Manager to join our team at The Sun Hotel in North Ward, Townsville. As a key member of the management team, you will play a pivotal role in leading the bistro, bars, gaming lounge, and bottle shop operations. Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of the hotel’s dining areas, bars, gaming lounge, and bottle shop.

Skills & Qualifications

- Strong understanding of food and beverage operations, including menu management and inventory control.
