Role Overview
The Assistant Manager will be responsible for overall business and administrative management of project sites. This role involves managing customer relations at the project site and acting as the principal representative of Vikram Solar (REP) on-site. The candidate must ensure that all civil work, structural work, mechanical & electrical erection work, testing, commissioning, PG test, and handing over the plant to the client are executed smoothly.

- Ensure all civil work, structural work, mechanical & electrical erection work are completed as per schedule

- Hand over the plant to clients after successful completion of PG tests
Qualifications
The ideal candidate should possess a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field. Prior experience as an Assistant Manager or similar role is preferred. The candidate must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven track record in managing project sites effectively.
