At Boxlunch, we’re passionate about music, pop culture, and creating an amazing in-store experience for our customers and employees. We are seeking a Part-Time Assistant Manager – Level 2 to help lead the store. You will support the Store Manager in achieving store objectives related to sales targets, recruiting, and development. This role requires someone who can handle anything that comes their way while driving sales and building lifelong relationships with our customers.

- Serve as a key member of the management team, assisting with daily operations and store objectives.
- Support the Store Manager in achieving sales targets through strategic planning and execution.
- Recruit, train, and develop staff to ensure high levels of customer service and productivity.
- Build strong relationships with customers by providing exceptional service and addressing their needs proactively.

- Strong leadership and management skills.
- Adept at handling multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities.
- Proven experience in retail or related field preferred.
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.
