About the Role

At Boxlunch, we are passionate about music, pop culture, and creating an amazing in-store experience for our customers and employees. We are currently seeking a Part-Time Assistant Manager – Level 2 to help lead one of the loudest stores in the mall. In this role, you will support the Store Manager in achieving store objectives, including hitting sales targets, recruiting, and development.

Your Responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager in achieving sales targets
• Recruit and develop team members
• Drive sales and build lifelong relationships with customers
• Handle any situation that comes your way, just like Harry Potter and Luke Skywalker rolled into one

Qualifications

• Passion for music and pop culture
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Ability to drive sales and build customer relationships
• Experience in retail or related field preferred but not required
