We are seeking a dynamic and versatile Part-Time Assistant Manager – Level 2 to join our team at Boxlunch. As an integral part of the management team, you will support the Store Manager in driving sales targets, enhancing customer experiences, and fostering a positive work environment. Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Support the Store Manager in achieving store objectives, including sales targets and customer engagement goals
- Recruit, train, and develop team members to ensure high standards of service and performance
- Drive sales through innovative strategies and product knowledge
- Build strong relationships with customers to create a loyal community around our brand
- Participate in store operations, including inventory management and customer service
Skills & Qualifications
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- A minimum of 1-2 years of retail experience, preferably in a managerial role
- Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets
- Familiarity with pop culture and current trends
- A passion for community service and social responsibility
