About This Position
We are seeking a passionate Store Manager to join our team at Hot Topic in Charlotte, North Carolina. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for leading the store in achieving sales targets and creating an amazing in-store experience for both customers and employees. You'll also play a key role in recruiting, developing talent, and managing performance.
