Role Overview
The Assistant Store Manager supports the Store Manager in the staffing, setup, merchandising, pack-up and teardown of a Seasonal Store. This role requires a proactive approach to managing day-to-day operations while ensuring the store runs smoothly.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Assist with staff scheduling and training
- Oversee setup and tear down of seasonal merchandise
- Ensure proper merchandising and presentation of products
- Manage inventory levels and restocking needs

- Participate in end-of-season premium pay programs, subject to qualifications
Qualifications
