The Opportunity

Your opportunity at ARCTERYX involves leading a team in partnership with your Store Manager to deliver best-in-class guest experiences. You will build connections and commit to bold objectives both in-store and within our communities. Your role is to provide the highest level of guest experience, working with a passionate group of product guides. You are responsible for creating a brand experience and developing a team that aligns with ARCTERYX’s Vision, Purpose, and Values.

Key Responsibilities

• Create a brand experience in alignment with the ARCTERYX Vision, Purpose, and Values.
• Elevate the guest experience by inspiring your team to find their Outer Peace through a connection with nature and celebration of shared values.
• Find moments to reflect and celebrate achievements, fostering leadership development opportunities within the business.
• Prioritize engagement for both guests and teams to drive profitability.
• Be product-obsessed and seek opportunities to get outside to experiment and learn firsthand about our product performance.

Requirements

• A passion for nature, the environment, and our brand values.
• Experience in retail leadership or a related field is preferred but not required.
• The ability to inspire and educate team members on product knowledge.
• A commitment to education and sharing of product knowledge.
