About This Position
Join The Just Group as an Assistant Store Manager at our Jay Jays store in Karringup. In this role, you will support the Store Manager to drive sales and ensure your team delivers exceptional customer service. Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Support the Store Manager in achieving KPIs and driving sales
- Manage and mentor a team of retail staff to ensure high standards of customer service
