Position Summary

• Support the Store Manager in achieving store objectives and enhancing customer satisfaction.
• Assist in managing day-to-day operations, including stock management, merchandise presentation, and staff scheduling.
• Ensure all store policies and procedures are followed to maintain a high standard of service.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Manage the daily operations and ensure smooth functioning of the store.
• Assist in the recruitment, training, and development of staff.
• Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to improve sales and customer engagement.
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints, providing excellent service and resolving issues promptly.
• Collaborate with the Store Manager and other department heads to achieve store goals.

Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in retail management or a related field.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and point-of-sale systems.
• A valid driving license and reliable transportation for store visits.
