The Opportunity

• Assist in the management and supervision of retail store operations to ensure smooth daily operations and customer satisfaction.
• Oversee inventory management, stocktaking, and replenishment to maintain optimal stock levels.
• Implement and enforce company policies and procedures, ensuring compliance and adherence by all store staff.
• Support the development of staff through training and mentoring to enhance their skills and performance.
• Collaborate with senior management to develop and execute marketing and promotional activities.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the day-to-day management of retail store operations, including staff supervision and performance management.
• Conduct regular stock checks and ensure that all products are displayed correctly and up-to-date.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to foster loyalty and positive feedback.
• Participate in sales and customer service initiatives to drive sales and improve customer experience.
• Stay updated with market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions.

Skills & Qualifications

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in retail management or a related field.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with customers and staff.
• Proven ability to manage and motivate a team to achieve sales and service goals.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
• Basic knowledge of retail software and systems, including inventory management.
