- Represent Radiant at regulatory proceedings, industry forums, and government stakeholder meetings
What We're Looking For
- 15+ years of nuclear regulatory affairs, nuclear licensing, or senior-level government and regulatory experience in highly regulated industries
- Demonstrated expertise in NRC regulations, nuclear licensing pathways, and nuclear safety frameworks
- Proven success managing complex regulatory approvals in a startup or high-growth, fast-paced environment
- Established relationships and credibility with U.S. nuclear regulators or equivalent federal agency experience
- Ability to translate regulatory complexity into clear organizational strategy and actionable execution plans
- Experience leading regulatory functions and building organizational capabilities
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, physical sciences, law, or related discipline; graduate degree preferred
