As a Business Development Associate at Radiant Industries, you will play a central part in growing demand for our portable nuclear microreactors. Based in Washington, Washington, D.C., this role blends relationship-building, market research, and strategic outreach to advance partnerships across government, defense, and commercial sectors that depend on reliable, deployable power.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, research, and qualify prospective customers and partners interested in rapid-deploy nuclear power solutions.
• Support the development of proposals, pitch materials, and outreach campaigns tailored to each stakeholder.
• Build and nurture relationships with decision-makers across public and private organizations.
• Track market trends, competitor activity, and opportunities within the energy and microreactor landscape.
• Collaborate with engineering, operations, and leadership teams to align business goals with technical capabilities.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, conversations, and pipeline progress.

Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technology into clear value.
• Demonstrated interest in business development, sales, partnerships, or related commercial functions.
