What You'll Do

• Share knowledge about cabi's collections, design philosophy, and the values that drive our brand
• Provide personalized styling guidance and build meaningful relationships that foster customer loyalty
• Drive sales through authentic product expertise and understanding customer needs
• Maintain the store environment, visual displays, and inventory to reflect cabi's standards
• Collaborate with your team to create an entrepreneurial, supportive retail atmosphere

What We're Looking For

• Genuine passion for fashion and helping women feel confident in their clothing choices
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to connect authentically with diverse customers

• Ability to balance multiple customer interactions with attention to detail
• Prior retail, customer service, or styling experience preferred
