The Opportunity
Join us at The Just Group in Manukau, Auckland, New Zealand, New Zealand as a Keyholder for our part-time role. This 14.5-hour-per-week position is perfect for someone who loves interacting with customers and making a positive first impression every day. As the 3IC (Third In Command), you will be responsible for ensuring that the store runs smoothly and providing excellent customer service.
Your Responsibilities
- Ensure the store is well-presented and ready to welcome customers at all times
- Assist with stock management, including receiving new arrivals and maintaining product displays
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive shopping experience for our BEST customers
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently
- Adhere to store policies and procedures to maintain a safe and welcoming environment
Skills & Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and assist customers effectively
- Attention to detail, particularly in cash handling and inventory management
- Able to work flexible hours, including weekends as required by the store schedule
- Basic knowledge of retail operations is beneficial but not mandatory
