The Opportunity

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Store Manager to oversee and manage our store in Providence, Utah. As the Store Manager at Spencer Gifts - Spirit Halloween, you will be responsible for ensuring maximum sales and profitability by establishing and maintaining a positive customer experience and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the store to ensure smooth running and compliance with company policies.
• Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability, including managing inventory and product displays.
• Recruit, train, and mentor a team of employees to deliver exceptional customer service and meet performance goals.
• Monitor financial performance and manage budgets to ensure cost control and profitability targets are met.
• Implement safety protocols and maintain a safe working environment for all employees.

What You Bring

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management, preferably within the Halloween or gift industry.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with customers and staff.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software for store operations.
• A proven track record of achieving sales targets and meeting financial goals.
