Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations, including staffing, scheduling, and training of employees
• Ensure store compliance with all company policies and procedures
• Manage cash flow, inventory, and sales reports
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase customer traffic and sales
• Maintain a clean and organized store environment
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional manner

Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Store Manager or in a similar role
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and time management abilities
• Able to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
• Familiarity with retail operations and customer service best practices
• Knowledge of inventory management systems and point-of-sale (POS) software is a plus
