Role Overview

The District Sales Manager is a seasonal position starting in July and typically ending in November. Weekly rates range from $1,050 to $1,075 per week, dependent upon qualifications and experience. Benefits include the Repeat DSM Bonus Program and the DSM Seasonal Incentive Program, subject to qualifications.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with key retail accounts within designated territories.
• Drive sales growth by identifying new business opportunities and expanding existing customer bases.
• Provide product knowledge and support to customers, ensuring a positive buying experience.
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely replenishment of products.
• Participate in regular sales meetings and provide feedback on market trends and competitive analysis.

What We're Looking For

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in the retail or sales industry, preferably within Halloween or related seasonal markets.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with customers and colleagues.
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets through strategic planning and execution.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
