About This Position
Your role as a Product Guide at Arcteryx.com is to be the face of our brand on the retail floor, delivering an unforgettable experience to our guests. You will inspire and support our brand's evolution by committing to bold objectives both in stores and within our communities.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Deliver a memorable shopping experience for our guests through authentic product knowledge sharing
- Recommend products based on guest interests and needs, ensuring they find the right gear for their adventures
- Encourage and support outdoor activities by prioritizing personal development and celebrating others' achievements in nature
- Ensure that every interaction with a guest is aligned with Arcteryx's values of innovation, quality, and sustainability
- Participate actively in store operations to maintain a clean, organized, and inviting environment for our guests
