About the Role

As a Zipline Guide at Anakeesta, you'll be the face of our adventure experiences, ensuring every guest feels safe, welcomed, and thrilled as they navigate our scenic courses. This role combines genuine hospitality, safety expertise, and a passion for the outdoors in one dynamic position.

What You'll Do

• Conduct comprehensive safety briefings and equipment orientation for all tour participants
• Inspect and maintain harnesses, helmets, and gear to meet rigorous safety standards
• Guide groups through multi-platform zipline courses, managing pacing and group dynamics
• Provide engaging commentary about the natural environment and Smoky Mountains geography
• Monitor guest comfort and confidence throughout each tour
• Respond to questions and concerns with professionalism and enthusiasm
• Perform routine equipment checks and report maintenance needs promptly
• Maintain clean, organized workspaces and guest facilities
