In this role, you will support the Store Manager in achieving store objectives. Your responsibilities include hitting sales targets and driving sales while building lifelong relationships with our customers. You'll also play a key part in recruiting and developing team members to ensure the store runs smoothly.

• A proven track record in retail management or a related field
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills to manage and motivate team members
• Exceptional customer service experience
• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively under pressure
• Experience with sales targets and metrics
