The role involves working as an exclusive partner for a highly successful corporate finance specialist. Due to the continued success of deal transactions, Barber McLelland is seeking an experienced Corporate Finance professional for this position. Your Responsibilities
- Assist in the evaluation and structuring of complex financial transactions
- Conduct market research and analysis to support deal execution
- Prepare financial models, projections, and reports for clients

- Support the preparation of presentations and documentation for client meetings
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in corporate finance or a related field

- Familiarity with financial modeling software such as Excel and PowerPoint
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
