The Opportunity

Under the supervision of the Facilities Manager, the Assistant Venue Manager supports the facilities organization at a specific location or campus environment. The role involves supporting the day-to-day implementation of policies, procedures, programs, and workplace services delivery.

Core Duties

• Assist in maintaining the cleanliness, safety, and overall functionality of assigned premises
• Support in managing maintenance requests and scheduling repairs
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
• Participate in facility planning and improvement initiatives
• Collaborate with various departments to ensure smooth operations

Skills & Qualifications

• Experience in facilities management or a related field preferred
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Aptitude for multitasking and managing multiple priorities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Familiarity with facility maintenance and cleaning procedures
• Basic understanding of building systems (electric, plumbing, HVAC)
