About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Electrical Estimator to join our Facilities Services team in Auckland. Reporting directly to the Electrical Manager, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end pricing, quoting, and delivery of minor works and projects across commercial environments.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Prepare accurate and competitive quotes for electrical work
- Assess project requirements and provide cost estimates to clients
- Review drawings and specifications to ensure accuracy in pricing
- Collaborate with the Electrical Manager and other team members to deliver projects on time and within budget
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards
What We're Looking For
- A minimum of 5 years’ experience as an Electrical Estimator in a commercial environment
- Strong trade background and understanding of electrical systems and components
- Excellent communication skills to interact with clients, team members, and stakeholders
- Proficient in using estimating software and Microsoft Office suite
- Able to work independently as well as part of a team
