About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and skilled Estimator / Pre-Construction Coordinator to join our team. This role is full-time and based in Exeter, New Hampshire.

• Prepare cost estimates for construction projects
• Review project plans and specifications to ensure accuracy of estimates
• Collaborate with project managers and engineers to develop pre-construction schedules and budgets
• Ensure all documentation is complete and accurate before project commencement
• Provide support during the bidding process, including preparing bid packages and responding to inquiries from potential bidders

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

The Estimator / Pre-Construction Coordinator will be responsible for providing detailed cost estimates for various projects. This includes reviewing project plans, specifications, and schedules; ensuring all documentation is complete and accurate before project commencement; and supporting the bidding process by preparing bid packages and responding to inquiries from potential bidders.

Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in estimating or pre-construction coordination for construction projects
• Strong understanding of construction processes, materials, and methods
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and estimating software
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with project managers, engineers, and other team members
• Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines
