Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience as an Estimator or a related role
- Demonstrated ability to prepare accurate project estimates within tight deadlines
- Familiarity with construction materials, methods, and industry standards
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client interactions
- Proficient in using estimating software and Microsoft Office Suite
