The Opportunity
CentiMark Corporation, a national leader in the commercial/industrial roofing industry, seeks an experienced Roofing Estimator to join our sales and operations team based in Billings, MT. This full-time position offers a competitive salary range of $60k - $70k with bonus opportunities and comprehensive benefits.
Responsibilities
- Perform project take-offs from architectural and construction specification drawings
- Prepare detailed project submittals for specific requirements
- Analyze project data to provide accurate cost estimates
- Collaborate with sales, operations, and other departments to ensure successful project completion
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in commercial roofing estimation or related field
- Strong understanding of roofing materials, systems, and industry standards
- Proficient in reading architectural and construction drawings
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience with estimating software is preferred
