The Opportunity
We are seeking a highly motivated Assistant Project Manager to join our Civil and PEB Structures (Industrial) team in Bangalore. This role will be pivotal in managing the execution, coordination, and delivery of Civil and PEB works for Industrial projects. You will oversee construction activities, manage contractors, ensure quality, safety, cost, and schedule adherence.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Manage the execution, coordination, and delivery of Civil and PEB (Pre-Engineered Building) works for Industrial projects.
- Oversee construction activities to ensure timely completion within budget and quality standards.
- Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to manage project scope, schedule, and deliverables.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and promote a safe work environment.
- Monitor project costs and control budgets to maintain financial performance.
- Prepare and present regular progress reports to senior management.
Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience as an Assistant Project Manager in the construction industry, preferably with PEB Structures (Industrial) projects.
- Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively manage relationships with contractors, suppliers, and stakeholders.
- Aptitude for problem-solving and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
