What This Role Involves
The Assistant Project Officer is a key member of the Networks team, contributing to the successful delivery of Statewide Clinic initiatives. The role involves collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure project goals are met on time and within budget.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Support the Clinical Networks Portfolio Manager in managing projects from initiation through closure
- Conduct research, compile data, and prepare reports for management and stakeholder presentations
- Coordinate meetings, manage schedules, and ensure timely communication among team members
- Assist with the development and implementation of project plans, ensuring compliance with relevant policies and procedures
- Support the collection and analysis of project metrics to inform decision-making processes
Requirements
- Demonstrated experience in project management or a related field
- A strong understanding of healthcare systems and networks
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal
- Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Experience with project planning tools and software
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Salary: $74,095 to $78,694 – ASO3 – Full Time / Ongoing – Permanent
