The Opportunity
This exciting opportunity involves working closely with the Director of US Systems and Operations to develop and manage various aspects of the strategic sourcing and procurement processes. You will be responsible for ensuring efficient and effective operations while supporting travel requirements both domestically and internationally as needed.
Your Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the Director of US Systems and Operations to develop and refine strategies for sourcing and procurement.
- Support operational activities, including but not limited to, data analysis, process improvement initiatives, and strategic planning.
- Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations for senior management.
- Travel domestically and internationally as required to support business needs.
Qualifications
- A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sourcing, procurement, or related fields.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and present findings effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for working across various levels within the organization.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software tools.
