Position Summary

Strategic Bureaux is seeking a Legal Manager to join our team in Kozhikode. This role requires 1-2 years of corporate law experience and involves managing legal complexities for ambitious businesses across the UAE, India, and other markets. The ideal candidate will support clients in navigating regulatory requirements, financial uncertainties, legal risks, and strategic business decisions.

Your Responsibilities

• Assist in the management of complex legal issues and provide guidance on corporate law matters
• Support clients in understanding and complying with local and international regulations
• Conduct legal research and prepare reports for senior management
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with legal standards
• Develop and maintain relationships with external legal counsel as needed

Who We're Looking For

• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in corporate law
• Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and legal compliance
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively
