About This Position

We are seeking a dedicated Assistant Night Manager to join our team at Hotel Indigo Auckland. As an integral part of the management team, you will ensure that all guest interactions and operational activities during your shift run smoothly and efficiently. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

Your Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations during the night shift, ensuring compliance with hotel policies and procedures.
• Manage staff schedules and delegate tasks effectively to ensure all duties are completed on time.
• Handle guest inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally, providing a memorable experience for every customer.
• Assist in maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene throughout the hotel premises.
• Collaborate with other managers to ensure seamless operations and address any issues that arise during your shift.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a hospitality or management role, preferably in a hotel setting.
• A proven track record of excellent customer service and leadership skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with hotel operations and relevant software systems is advantageous.
