What You'll Do

• Inspect and prepare each guest room to exacting standards, including thorough cleaning, tidying, and arranging furnishings
• Change bed linens, refresh towels, and replenish amenities according to IHG quality guidelines
• Vacuum, sweep, and mop all floor surfaces throughout assigned rooms
• Clean and sanitize bathrooms, fixtures, and mirrors to pristine condition
• Report maintenance issues or room damages promptly to supervisors
• Respond courteously to guest requests and coordinate with front desk and other staff as needed
• Organize and stock housekeeping supplies and equipment efficiently
• Maintain a safe, organized work environment and follow all hotel safety protocols
