We're seeking a detail-oriented Claims Examiner to investigate, evaluate, and process auto bodily injury claims with professionalism and care. You'll work directly with claimants, medical providers, and other stakeholders to gather information, assess coverage, and make timely claim decisions. What You'll Do

• Review and investigate auto bodily injury claims to determine coverage, liability, and claim value
• Evaluate medical documentation, treatment records, and supporting evidence from claimants and healthcare providers
• Communicate with claimants, attorneys, medical professionals, and other parties to obtain necessary information
• Document claim findings and analysis thoroughly in our claim management systems
• Make claim decisions within company guidelines, state regulations, and applicable insurance law
• Address claim inquiries and resolve issues with professionalism and empathy
• Maintain accurate, organized records and ensure full compliance with regulatory requirements

What We're Looking For

• High school diploma or GED
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities
• Ability to manage multiple claims independently and meet deadlines
• Proficiency with computer systems and claims management software
• Commitment to treating claimants and colleagues with integrity and respect
• Prior experience in claims processing, insurance, or customer service preferred
